Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Shopheart.org purchase, you may ship back the item(s). To process your return quicker, please include the following in your return package:

  • Complete return form
  • Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
  • Written reason for your return
  • All items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tags and packaging

Once your return package is received we will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products. Shopheart.org is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your next credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle.

If you are returning a gift, an online Shopheart.org eGift Card will be issued in lieu of a refund.

Any returns made 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored with a Shopheart.org eGift Card in lieu of a refund.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-ordered merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part, or a quality gap. All CPR kits are final sale - no returns or exchanges allowed.
